Six months ago, sweet baby C looked like this…..

And now, well, I’d say she’s grown a bit. :) Loved every minute of this shoot this weekend. We were stuck inside the whole time while it was super freezing and snowing outside, but 6 month olds are THE BEST (especially sweet little girls with 3 super cute outfits) so we didn’t miss the outdoors at all.

And of course, I couldn’t leave big sis out. I’ve had the privilege of photographing her since she was a newborn, so it has been awesome to see her grow up. I love my job!

When our littlest daughter INSISTED on being a little lamb for Halloween, I instantly thought it would be perfect for our older daughter to be Little Bo Peep. After I showed her that the costume came with a cane that she could use to chase sheep (aka her sister), she was sold on the idea.

I took them out for a few quick shots in a field and they had a blast.

I tried to add a little commentary from the evening…..

Little Bo Peep

And her CRAZY sheep

Hmmm, where I could find that sheep?

I think I’m going to hide…..

Oh no, I got lost…. (she said this is what a sad, lost sheep would do. LOL)

Yeah, Bo Peep to the rescue. I think I’ll ‘Baaaa’ at her……….

I think I’ll feed my sheep some grass………………….

I think I’ll eat the grass the rest of the time, is that ok?

Bo Peep and her grass eating sheep….

A cute Bo Peep……

And her cute, crazy sheep…..

Leave them alone and they’ll come home…..

Location : Little Bo Peep’s pasture (aka some random field in Owasso)

(Shots of my little man coming later. I have to take him to a different location for his costume…..)

Well from this post it should be a little obvious that I am behind on editing personal photos. Especially since these were taken at the first of the summer. LOL.  But I love these, so even though I am sharing late, I still wanted to share.

My husband’s family farms wheat, and I have been dying to get a cute shot in the field of all three of my kids. But it just never seems to work. Mostly because there is work to do on the farm when the wheat is brown. You know, like harvest it. Soooo, my plans to get photos in the fields never quite pans out. But this year, courtesy of a thunderstorm, I finally got my wish. And got a picture I love of the three of mine together as well as a photo of all the grandkids for grandma. Double bonus!

I had the opportunity to photograph this group of cousins last year, and they were crazy enough to want to try it again this year. I seriously had the greatest time with these kids. Sounds like a challenge getting a 5, 4, 3, and 2 year old to cooperate, but I’m telling you, these kids were great.

And this little guys, TOTALLY made me smile……

The girls are so pretty…..

After a relaxing vacation in Missouri with some friends, it’s back to the grind today. I am going to do my best to get caught up on voice mail and email (if you are waiting to hear from me, I promise I am working on it). I’m also going to try to iron out my Fall calendar this week. If you are considering a Fall session (or have mentioned it in passing to me), I already have an extensive waiting list, but now is definitely the time to let me know you are interested. Just send a quick note through the contact form on my website.
